Christmas in the bush is a special time and once again the staff are going out of their way to make it an unforgettable night for all our guests. A Christmas menu and special theme adds to the excitement. The brain behind the evening and designer of the menu is, as always Lize, my beautiful wife. Her hard work and dedication rubs off on everyone and it is a pleasure to see how everyone joins forces and work together to make the evening an occasion that will be remembered for ever.
