The Wildlife

The treehouse hide can also be booked for a sleep-out far away from civilization for the more adventurous. A solar powered spotlight can be switched on for game viewing at night. Most animals drink during the daylight hours and we always advise visitors not to expect non-stop action during the night, but to rather enjoy the ambience of a night alone in wildest Africa under a beautiful dome of brightly lit stars. Any animals visiting must be seen as a bonus. Having said that guests sleeping at the hide have seen lions, leopard, elephants, rhinos and buffaloes as well as several antelope species.
