A video taken a while ago of a young male walking past our safari cruiser. Leopards are solitary and extremely secretive making them the most difficult of the Big 5 to find. In a weird way their solitary nature also makes them more confident as they are used to facing dangers on their own. This characteristic helps us in providing excellent sightings of this elusive cats once a leopard is used to and habituated to vehicles. They are a firm favorite for guides and guests alike and the excitement levels on a drive usually escalates when the call of a leopard sighting comes in over the 2-way radio. They also prefer thicker vegetation and following a leopard through the bush in your safari cruiser is an experience not to forget as great photo opportunities are mixed with serious vehicle aerobics as guests are ducking and diving to avoid branches and sometimes nasty thorns.
