The nice thing when seeing lions at a giraffe kill is that it is a guaranteed lion sighting for a few days. This novelty usually quickly wears off for the more squeamish of guests as the first hint of rotten meat soon overpowers our most underused sense with an explosion new and often nausiating odors.
